A Korean website for Persona 5: The Phantom X is now live, leading fans of the franchise to reasonably suspect the title’s release in South Korea. This information went live after an Atlus insider revealed the website’s launch a few days after it went live.

Persona 5: The Phantom X is a spinoff gacha game that’s only been available in China. Fans of the franchise have been requesting an international release for over a year, since the game’s initial release in 2023.

The website also appeared alongside a new Korean YouTube channel for the title. Dedicated pages have appeared on Kakao and Naver, two South Korean social media platforms, giving strong indication that the release is imminent. All pages appear to be official.

In addition to the surmounting evidence of a release in South Korea, Persona publisher Perfect World Games now has a subdomain in Korean, which is about as official as it can get.

According to leaks, Persona 5: The Phantom X had already been approved for a release in Japan, but it was later unveiled that it would release globally.

Nothing is official until announced by Perfect World Games. Their Korean subdomain includes a blog post in Chinese, although when many websites go live regardless of what they’re for, there are often placeholders during the design phase.
